We experienced some issues with processing newly uploaded files on the platform. In particular, some documents may have appeared stuck with the endless “Extracting text” status.
The platform remained accessible and available, but certain functionalities — such as uploading documents and initiating AI translation — might take significantly longer than usual.
Our engineering team has stabilized the performance and is working on a permanent fix to be released shortly. Your files should be processed properly now.
However, if a file you've uploaded earlier has not been processed, please try removing it and uploading again.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
