We experienced intermittent slowness across the Smartcat platform, which did not result in a service outage but may have affected actions such as logging in, managing projects, or downloading documents.

The issue was caused by an unexpected spike in processing activity related to a limited set of documents, which temporarily impacted system performance. As a result, some requests were processed more slowly than usual across multiple regions.

Current status
We have taken immediate steps to reduce the impact and stabilize the platform. Performance has been improving, and we continue to monitor the situation closely.
