Monitoring -
We’re currently dealing with higher-than-usual system load, which is impacting overall performance. As a result, some features — like uploading documents and starting assignments in Tasks — may take much longer than normal.
You might notice uploaded documents sitting without tasks for assignment for a while, or that project statistics aren’t being calculated, and also, errors in the CAT-Editor on the assigned linguist's end.
Our team is keeping a close eye on things and working to get performance back to normal as quickly as possible.
